Enhanced Support Services offers Supported Living services to diverse individuals with disabilities, without judgment, discrimination, nor abuse. Supported Living is support and supervision in a home that is owned or leased by the individual. The home is usually shared with a housemate(s), but no more than three individuals share a home. The day to day management of the home is overseen by the agency staff and directed by the individual served.
Supported Living is a type of residential service and supports that enable an individual to live as independently as possible in the community. This service includes direct assistance as needed with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, meals and meal preparation, household chores, money management, attending appointments, oversight of healthcare, and interpersonal and social skills building, to enable the individual to live in a home in the community.
