Enhanced Support Services was established in 2011. We currently have 21 Residential Sites in the Tri-Cities and employ 150 staff. We currently hold a 3 Star Provider designation from the Department of Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (DIDD) for 2020.

We feel that the people who work directly with the individuals are the key component to success in each individual’s life. We believe that teamwork is essential for the success of each individual we support. No one can do it alone; it takes a team working together. We believe without the support and dedication of experienced, caring, and knowledgeable staff, Enhanced Support Services could not succeed.
