Enhanced Support Services has approximately 150 employees on staff. The agency completes thorough background screenings on every staff hired, including initial and random drug screenings. In addition, each staff completes all mandated State of TN/DIDD Training as required. We have an onsite American Red Cross Instructor, as well as a Qualified Behavior Support Trainer. Enhanced Support Services has a well-trained, highly capable, and compassionate workforce. We believe our staff to be the best in the business, and we set high standards of performance for all our employees.
